Wir suchen an unserem Standort **Ansbach** ab sofort einen:
**Head of Electronic Development (m/w/d)***:
**Aufgabenschwerpunkte**:

- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung eines HW+SW Entwicklungsteams bestehend aus Soft
- und Hardwareentwicklung + Test
- Mitarbeit im agilen Projektmanagement, Kostenermittlung und Angebotserstellung
- Team
- und Kapaplanung
- Fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
- Verantwortung der Qualität der formalen und technischen Arbeitsprodukte
- Mitarbeit in der Kalkulation und Preisermittlung von Produkten insbesondere PCBA
- Identifikation, Planung und Durchführung von strategischen Vorentwicklungsschwerpunkten
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Lieferanten
- Optimierung bestehender Prozesse und Systeme

**Anforderungsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder verwandten Studiengängen oder Techniker mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich System-, Software
- oder Hardwareentwicklung mit jeweils vertieften Kenntnissen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Systemengineering
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement mittels Scrum
- Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsprozessen nach dem V-Modell, wie z.B. Automotive SPICE
- Sicherer Umgang mit ALM-Tools wie Polarion, JIRA
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Bereich funktionaler Sicherheit wie ISO 26262 oder vergleichbaren Standards
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse - Level B2
