**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- You have at least 7 years of leadership experience in a medium sized organisation and 5 years of experience in public relations and networking activities
- You love being an employer brand ambassador and are looking forward to represent the company on local events and social media
- Your ability to self-organize while meeting tight deadlines and your strong people skills make you a great fit for our team
- Your agility allows you to handle the speed of our business, you stay calm in stressful times and delegate your team in an efficient manner
- You are familiar with regular reportings towards Management and/or Advisory Board
- You thrive in an international work environment and have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- HR Strategy - Create, develop and execute Tradebyte’s people strategy and initiatives focusing on culture, talent management, and employee engagement
- Employer Brand - Establish an employer brand and company culture that continues to attract top talent and keeps them engaged to grow with us
- Employee Experience - Guarantee a great employee experience from talent attraction to people development. Enable TB.Spirit to be an active part of our company culture and ensure talent retention.
- KPIs - Make your success tangible by working against KPIs with your team; closely monitor data in your area, analyze it and report on it to the Management Board to actively track success of our efforts
- Leadership - Lead and coach an international team of 10+ members. Create efficient team structures and processes, support and foster talent by providing meaningful development opportunities
