**European Brand Director - Lung cancer (M/F/x)**:
**Purpose of the function**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Lead the European cross-functional core launch team, translate Global Brand Strategy for Europe and deliver guidance and relevant deliverables to the European affiliates
- Provides commercial input from European affiliates to inform the Global Brand Strategy
- Ensure excellence in the execution of the launch readiness process, track relevant KPIs and offer strategic support to countries
- Supports the Franchise Head in the portfolio strategy and brand life cycle management
- Build strong relations and ensure collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access on an European level as well as with the Global team
- Act as main marketing contact person for European affiliates on the “go to market Lung cancer indication” in a collaborative way
- Create an European Lung cancer Marketing community, fostering collaboration and facilitating best practice sharing moments
- Drive regional initiatives and tactics in accordance to business and organizational needs by leveraging synergies where possible

**Education & Experience**:

- Degree in Business Administration or Life Science required (e.g. Pharmacy, Medicine and Biology)
- MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
- At least 7 years of pharma industry experience, including 5 years+ pharma marketing experience with international exposure
- Previous oncology launch experience is required
- Operational and people management experience in an EU country is a plus
- Management consulting experience is a plus
- Experience to work in cross-functional and cross-cultural teams

- Hands-on proactive approach and accountability
- Good communication and strong social skills
- Ability to work in English - fluent written and spoken
