- Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape and consumer insights
- Assist in the development of business strategies and initiatives to drive growth and profitability in the areas of Cleaning, Cosmetics, Actives and Base Ingredients portfolio
- Analyze financial and operational data to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Participate in the development of presentations and reports to communicate strategic initiatives to senior leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure successful project execution
- Support the development of project plans and timelines, track progress against key milestones
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular project updates to the Strategy team- Requirements:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy is a plus- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about business strategy and wants to gain hands-on experience in the development of innovative strategies.
