**Your responsibilities**
- Drive the Sustainability Strategy with a clear scorecard
- Work closely with RWE subsidiaries to translate KPI’s into actions and ensure implementation
- Identify gaps (targets, KPIs, etc.) and initiate projects to increase maturity of sustainability priority topics
- Perform the annual Materiality Analysis and coordinate the process to derive sustainability priority topics
- Prepare regular board updates on sustainability performance
- Develop and drive the strategic program for internal & external sustainability communication, focal point for alignment of sustainability messages
- Act as contact point for sustainability aspects of capital market communication and participate in investor meetings

**Your profile**
- University degree, e. g. in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Natural Sciences or a comparable discipline, MBA beneficial
- 5+ years of relevant work experience, ideally in a strategy department in energy or industrial sector or in a management consultancy
- Ability to manage and lead projects on their own with strong stakeholder management skills to deal with conflicting interests
- Pronounced analytical and logical thinking, affinity for data and numbers
- Strong pro-active communication, persuasiveness and confident manner, also in an international environment
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
