As part of our international HR Strategic Initiative team, you get the opportunity to actively support our rapid growth ambitions by contributing to business-critical initiatives for our global Offshore Renewables business.

You will strengthen the team with your know-how in the following activities:

- You are a full team member right from the start
- You support our strategic Offshore initiatives and projects along the project lifecycle
- You support the planning and facilitation of meetings and workshops
- You create concepts and presentations for relevant stakeholders, incl. Top Executives and Board Member
- You bring in your own creative ideas and unique talents to drive project success

**Your powerful skills**
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program with an excellent academic record (as a Bachelor student, you have completed your first 3 semesters already)
- Ideally you have gained first experience working in the areas of (HR) Strategy, Consulting, Process Improvement or Lean Management (e.g., as intern or working student)
- You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working and bring a high degree of reliability and commitment
- You like to quickly familiarize yourself with a variety of new topics and have a high level of customer orientation
- You enjoy working in a team with an open feedback culture and want to develop yourself personally and professionally
- You have fluent German and English language skills, both verbal and written, as well as advanced MS-Office skills (especially PowerPoint).
