Business Improvement Specialist

**SBU NCE Service>Operating Model & Process Improvement>Process Management** Business Improvement is a department of currently 11 employees within the business unit Service Northern and Central Europe (NCE) at Vestas. We act as an excellence center and drive strategy as well as improvement projects within our service organisation. This includes giving input to the global Service Management and act as an interface between headquarters and operations; implementing process changes, IT tools, and contributing to knowledge exchanges on how to improve our service productivity. We further drive changes and support the local Service organizations in developing and implementing regional improvements and give daily business support to help our operational colleagues to reach their (and all of our) targets. **Responsibilities** - Engage with Service Management to identify and drive continuous focus on implementing changes to capture value in NCE region - Providing consultancy support on operational performance improvements - Drive quarterly and yearly capacity planning process - Utilize data and modelling to support right focus in efficiency journey - Support building a data driven approach in the PMO function - Support the execution / consolidation / reporting of strategy & budget planning cycles across the businesses - Coordination with other business partners using and developing appropriate management tools for the planning process - Provide required support to the Directors for Service Operations as well as the Operations Management team in project management or data analysis tasks **Qualifications** - Master or equivalent in Business/Economics field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Project Management and preferably PM certification - Strong experience within operational business development from service business (energy sector is a plus) - Process management experience and process thinking capabilities - Experience with change management and stakeholder onboarding - Experience with analytical tools such as MS PowerBI, Tableau, Spotfire, etc. is a plus - Fluent in English on professional level and good knowledge of a local language **Competences** - Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and analytical mindset - Proactive and problem-solving approach - Curious and self-motivated with focus on driving impact and delivering results - Ability to work collaboratively with and through others, in a matrix organization, with multi-national stakeholders and teams - Commercial mindset **What we offer** You will join an international and expanding company where, with the support of your colleagues, we work with the aim to become the global leader in the onshore and offshore wind market.
