For our offices in Hamburg or Mannheim we are currently looking for an E-Commerce Specialist for our Health and Medical business with strong brands like TENA and Leukoplast.

**About the role**:
Within this role you will be responsible for running the TENA Webshops in Germany and Austria and you will also activate and support our sales at External Online Stores (EOS) customers. In current market situation both our Webshop and EOS business show significant growth. Without the role of E-commerce Specialist the Webshops cannot run, which will lead to a loss in Net Sales Value and shoppers(-experience).

You are part of the Regional Digital & Comms Team in Health and Medical Marketing region Central, consisting of the Regional Digital & Comms Manager, 1 Senior Brand Manager Digital, 4 Digital Brand Managers Digital and 2 E-Business Specialists. In this role you report directly to the Regional Digital & Comms Manager.

Teamwork and entrepreneurship are essential for a successful fulfillment of this job. In this role you’ll be the team lead for the TENA Webshop strategy in Germany and Austria and you work closely together with the E-business specialists based in the Netherlands. You will also align a lot with our Global E-Commerce and Digital Hub department for localization of Global tools and implement local activations. Furthermore, you are expected to challenge and have a good collaboration with the sales team on the EOS accounts.

**What You Will Do**:

- You own and drive the local TENA Webshops in Germany and Austria
- Responsibility for achievement of the net sales target, for forecasting and the allocated budget
- Develop local Webshop Strategy for TENA
- Implement and monitor Webshop approach in alignment with your E-Business Specialist colleague that is responsible for the Dutch and Belgium market;
- Expand strategic relationships with EOS customers together with your sales colleagues, set up yearly plans for EOS activation, drive business targets and prepare customer visits
- Propose and execute yearly promotional plan and assortment
- Extract and analyse on-line shopper insights and customer needs for the country to find improvement areas, create opportunities and manage risks
- Implement E-Commerce KPIs, follows up and analyses performance and executes corrective actions where necessary
- Ensure SEM for Webshops/EOS (SEO, PPC and Content)
- Know and easily learn CMS systems
- Ensure alignment with European/country legislation
- Ensure coordination and alignment with country Consumer Goods E-commerce initiatives (E-Retail such as retail generalists on-line shops and pure players)
- Participate in regional projects and represent the needs of the countries, run local E-Commerce projects
- Train/support local countries in implementation of E-Commerce tools and methods
- You are part of a multidisciplinary Brand Team, working together closely with sales, marketing and logistics

**Who You Are**:

- Bachelor / University degree
- Fluent in German and English, French is a plus
- Preferably sales and/or (trade) marketing experience
- Entrepreneurial, good communication skills, orally and in writing
- Problem solving: ability to analyse issues and break them down into their components, make systematic and rational judgments based on relevant information
- Understanding how E-Commerce will drive the organization towards business objectives
- Understanding of technical and professional aspects of work and continually maintaining technical knowledge
- Analytical skills
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel in Europe on a quarterly basis
