What we’re looking for

Milano Vice is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Finance Manager to work closely with the Founder and Executive Team. The role will shape and deliver the business’s vision and strategic financal plans as we expand in existing markets and open new locations. This will be an opportunity to build the Finance Department of Milano Vice, from the ground up. The role will play an integral part in leading Milano Vice into its next stage of growth.

Tasks
- Managing the financial reporting for the organisation. This includes monthly financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, 5 year financial plans and all statutory financial reporting
- Managing and overseeing the taxation affairs of Milano Vice
- Managing and overseeing the cash flow of Milano Vice and ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls
- Overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Payroll, Financial and Management Accounting functions
- Overseeing commercial decision making from tender analysis, margin analysis, pricing analysis etc
- Advising and implementing best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
- Poviding strategic financial recommendations to the Founder Team and Investors
- Evaluate the organization’s fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years' experience in a senior financial managerial position with a proven record of success
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- In-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation and bookkeeping
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Hands-on experience with budgeting and risk management
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate and manage staff at all levels
