As a Head of Finance you will be in charge of FP&A. You will be managing both, our day-to-day finance operations and our strategic financial management. This role is crucial to the success of the company as it manages multiple stakeholders at the same time and ensures effective deployment of resources. You will be able to build up the finance processes from scratch as you work closely with leadership and investors.

**Role**:

- Manage Reporting: You will manage the reporting to our top Tier investors and the leadership team.
- Setup Controlling: Keep the team accountable by setting budgets and tracking their spendings.
- Secure Financing: You will be a crucial part of our fundraising efforts. Having previously worked with alternative financing solutions you know how to enable us to finance our day to day operations.
- Manage Accounting: You will manage the internal payroll for employees as well as the invoicing for our external service partners. Allowing you to ensure that all the business accounts are in order.
- Oversee Financial Modelling: You will model our working capital needs and oversee the inventory turnover. Ensuring that we are on the right path at all times

**Profile**:

- Fluency in German and English
- Great background fit: at least 5+ years work experience at a high-paced environment (VC backed hyper-growth scale-up + auditing company is the perfect fit)
- Have worked in the retail industry or have extensive knowledge on working with high inventory levels
- Have extensive knowledge on accounting principles in Germany, Austria, France and the UK
- Have great data analytics skills (SQL and Python)
- Have excellent communication skills
- Have strong project management and prioritisation skills
- Are an expert in Google Suite and can quickly learn new software or apps
- Have an in depth knowledge of financial forecasting, controlling and accounting
- Have a proven track record of successfully implementing alternative financing and VC fundraising
