**Your mission**:
**What you'll do**:

- Implement High-Impact Solutions: Identify, build, and implement AI-powered workflows across the business, from high-impact quick wins to complex strategic initiatives that drive core business functions.
- Enable Cross-Functional Teams: Act as a hands-on technical partner, guiding all teams within enmacc to implement their own AI-powered solutions, especially within high-leverage areas like revenue operations.
- Build Foundational Resources: Develop and curate a comprehensive internal knowledge base, including a prompt library, best practices, and use-case examples, to accelerate company-wide adoption.
- Foster a Community: Work closely with our AI Champions to co-create solutions and build a peer-to-peer network that promotes continuous learning and innovation.
- Translate Business Needs to Technology: Serve as the crucial link between business goals and technical feasibility, helping to shape our long-term AI roadmap based on real-world use cases.

**Who you are**:

- **Strategy Implementation**: You have a proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, actionable projects and to build AI-powered workflows from end-to-end, from quick wins to complex strategic initiatives.
- **Enablement & Community**:You excel at acting as a hands-on technical partner to enable teams across the business, while also fostering a cross-functional community to facilitate collective learning and adoption.
- **API Integration**: You know your way around REST APIs and are comfortable using them to connect different SaaS tools. You can read documentation and work with JSON to get the job done.
- **Scripting for Custom Logic**: Proficiency in a scripting language, preferably Python or JavaScript. This is crucial for data manipulation, custom logic within automation workflows, and light backend tasks.
- **Data Handling**: Good understanding of common data formats (JSON, CSV, XML) and experience in data transformation, cleansing, and mapping between different systems.
- **LLM APIs & Prompt Engineering**: Demonstrable experience using major Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. This includes strong skills in prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot prompting, function calling).
- **Applied Agentic AI Concepts**: You understand the key building blocks of modern AI apps, including agent frameworks (like ADK, LangChain or CrewAI) and the principles of RAG. Bonus points for having an interest in the future of agent communication (like MCP or A2A).
