**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Marketing AI Specialist**, you'll turn emerging AI trends into actionable opportunities across key channels - SEA, Paid Social, Affiliate, and SEO. Partnering with channel leads, you’ll drive innovation by implementing AI solutions that boost performance, efficiency, and scale. You’ll also upskill the team by sharing expertise and enabling effective AI adoption. This position is **unlimited**and based in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- identify and evaluate emerging trends and technologies in AI, focusing on their potential across performance marketing channels
- translate complex AI developments into strategic use cases, test concepts, and scalable solutions in areas such as campaign management, targeting, content creation, automation, and reporting
- act as the central point of contact for AI-related initiatives within the performance marketing team
- collaborate with performance marketing and SEO stakeholders to explore, prioritise, and implement AI-driven experiments
- lead internal projects integrating AI into marketing workflows
- train and support team members in the effective use of AI tools, fostering a culture of learning and experimentation
- share knowledge through briefings, best practices, and educational sessions to build internal AI capabilities
