**Reception Lead (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:
Als erste Kontaktperson sind Sie für ein herzliches und professionelles Empfangserlebnis zuständig. Sie stellen sicher, dass Gäste sich willkommen fühlen, sich initial im Haus orientieren und in Empfang genommen werden. Außerdem übertragen wir Ihnen folgende Aufgaben:

- Führung des digitalen Gästebuches; Kontrolle der Zugangsberechtigungen;
- Entgegennahme von Post sowie Nutzerbenachrichtigung via Publix App;
- Entgegennahme von Buchungsanfragen für die Flächen im Haus; Weiterleitung der Anfragen an das jeweils zuständige Team mittels der CRM-Software;
- Einbindung in die Betriebsabläufe des Hauses in Punkto Sicherheit; Monitoring sicherheitstechnischer Anlagen;
- Gestaltung und Evaluation eines Einsatzplans, der den Anforderungen des Hauses an Sicherheit und die Erreichbarkeit des Empfangs entspricht.

**Ihr Profil**:

- Professionelle, freundliche und souveräne Kommunikation mit Nutzer:innen, Besucher:innen und Publix-Mitarbeiter:innen auf Deutsch und Englisch. Weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Effiziente Selbstorganisation und die Fähigkeit, den Überblick über mehrere Aufgaben gleichzeitig zu behalten;
- Diskretion bei der Bearbeitung von personenbezogenen oder anderweitig sensiblen Daten;
- Zuverlässigkeit in der Erfüllung kurz
- und langfristiger Aufgaben und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
