**YOUR TASKS**
- Coordinate and streamline handover projects to the service organization
- Manage project issues within the PM and Service organization
- Responsible for design and optimization of the handover process
- Manage inter-divisional communication to ensure smooth project handover
- Master data management in various systems
- Monitor progress and report on status to stakeholders

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Bachelor’s degree or similar qualification in business administration, technical management or relevant field
- You are a team player with initiative, motivation and organizational talent
- Proactive approach in identifying and coordinating technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to motivate and coordinate colleagues
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent English, German as an advantage
