**Job Description**:
Unser Ziel ist die Ermittlung der TV-Quoten, wobei der Schwerpunkt unseres Teams auf der methodischen Betreuung des GfK-Fernsehforschungspanels liegt. Dazu gehören Prozesse wie beispielsweise die Rekrutierung und Betreuung von Panelhaushalten sowie Datenaktualisierungen und Qualitätssicherung.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben zählen:

- Erfassung sowie Weiterverarbeitung von Daten und Informationen von teilnahmebereiten Haushalten
- Pflege und Dokumentation dieser Haushaltsinformationen
- Versand von Infomaterial an Haushalte, Bearbeitung von postalischem Rücklauf
- Qualitätsüberprüfung und -sicherung von CATI-Interviews
- Befragungen von teilnahmebereiten Haushalten per Telefon
- Prüfung von Fragebogen auf Konsistenz, Administrative Bearbeitung
- Scannen von Fragebogen, Verifizieren und Kontrolle der Datensätze
- Vorbereitung und Unterstützung bei Versand der Teilnahmevereinbarung
- Dokumentation des Rollout-Prozesses: Erstellung und Pflege von Ergebnisberichten und Präsentationen

Das bringst Du mit:

- _ Du_ studierst Marketing, _Betriebswirtschaftslehre_ / _Volkswirtschaftslehre,_ Soziologie, Psychologie oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang im Bachelor oder Master _
- _ Du_ hast Spaß am Thema Medienforschung _
- _ Du_ bist eine hoch motivierte Persönlichkeit, die sich gerne mit ihrem Arbeitsstil in ein engagiertes Team integriert _
- _ Du_ zeichnest dich durch analytische Fähigkeiten aus und dein Fokus liegt auf einem guten Arbeitsergebnis _
- _ Du_ hast sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und idealerweise SPSS Kenntnisse_

- Einsatzdauer 12 Monate, Verlängerung möglich
- 20h/Woche / Vollzeit in Semesterferien
