**Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/d)**

**THE MISSION**
More specifically, you will:

- Partner with the hiring managers to understand the job requirements and skill sets of a role
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process and play a critical role to our international growth
- Together with the team, deliver and track most important Talent KPI's
- Develop, implement, and perform creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
- Be involved in personnel marketing and employer branding measures by driving initiatives (e.g. Hiring events, collaborations)

**Requirements**:
**WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE**
Musts:

- Completed degree in economics, psychology, human resources or similar
- 3+ years of work experience in the area of Talent Acquisition or Talent Sourcing
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Technical recruiting experience (ideally in manufacturing environment)
- Driven to deliver and constantly push the boundaries
- Can-do attitude and outstanding communication skills
- Fluent English and German
