We're looking for you to join the Talent Acquisition Team as
**What you’ll do**
- You'll be responsible for the complete recruitment cycle of your assigned business area where you'll support our Hiring Managers with your expertise in the entire recruiting process from the advertisement to the offer & contract negotiations
- You're very interested in supporting employer branding and talent acquisition projects in an international environment and developing new measures together
- In your daily business, you'll work closely with other HR interfaces (e.g. People Partners, Rewards, Services) as well as with our works council
**What you’ll bring**
- You've a university degree with a business/psychological/sociological focus as well as at least 2 years of experience in recruiting in an international environment
- Within the last few years, you've already gained experience in active sourcing, employer branding and relocation of new employees
- You're an expert (M/F/d) in stakeholder management and have experience in the collaboration with a works council and basic knowledge in legal requirements
- Due to your confident appearance and enjoyment of communicating with various stakeholders, you're able to assert yourself well, especially with Hiring Managers
- You describe yourself as flexible and independent and your way of working as proactive
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
