**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a technical focus
- Min. 5 years of experience in Service Support with focus on incident & escalation or experience in the Data Center industry with deep knowledge of all systems within a Data Center
- Skilled in incident & escalation management
- Skilled in process & improvement management
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Customer focus
- Problem solving skills, persistent to solve the incident
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
