Deine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder Berufsausbildung mit IT-Bezug
- Berufserfahrung im Management von Incident Prozessen nach ITIL
- Gute IT-Kenntnisse, speziell im Bereich Infrastruktur (Netzwerk und Security)
- (Erste) Erfahrung in der Personalführung oder im Projektmanagement wünschenswert

Deine Aufgaben
- Dispatching von Incidents und Service Requests unter Berücksichtigung festgelegter SLAs
- Eskalationsmanagement bei kritischen Anfragen und Leistungsverzug
- Festlegung und Umsetzung von qualitätssichernden Methoden inkl. Einsatzplanung
