Incident Coordinator

**Your Role**
- Acting as country process owner for incident management regarding our systems, trainings for the operational departments and local processes
- Coordinating and ensuring the creation of a technical and customer impact analysis
- Ensuring management and technical escalation and following up on the escalation
- Cooperating with internal and external departments to support and provide problem direction to the operational teams and continuously informs on the status of the problem through the incident notification procedure

**Your Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Master Electrician/Cooling/Technician with main focus on electrical systems and equipment
- Min. 3 years of experience in Service Support with focus on incident & escalation or experience in the Data Center industry with deep knowledge of all systems within a Data Center
- Good knowledge in incident & escalation management
- Experienced in working with both technical and business management, including higher-level management, on incident processes
- ITIL knowledge of advantage
- Fluent in business and technical English and German
