We are currently seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented and forwarding thinking individual to join our Global Quality Assurance team in METRO AG as Expert Product Compliance Center having in charge the sensory assessment of our Own Brand Food range & KPI reporting.

**Where your expertise is needed**:

- Responsible for scheduling, executing & reporting the own brand food product compliance assessment (sensory, FFU, legal compliance and benchmarking checks) and also coordinate with stakeholders for follow-up activities.
- Responsible for extracting & gathering the necessary data, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs for Global Quality Assurance as per defined frequencies.
- Maintenance of all functional documentation associated with the execution of product compliance and governance activities.
- Plan and execute training activities related to work scope in GQA to Support QA countries & internal stakeholders (GQA / Sourcing) in his area of expertise (product assessment) as necessary.
- Gather and extract the data required to perform an analysis on quality assurance data for KPI reporting on defined frequencies (monthly, quarterly and annual).
- Management of the annual Quality Management Review process and support of continuous improvement of digital solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- University degree in food science, food technology or equivalent qualification with minimum 5 years relevant work experience in quality and sensory management.
- Beneficial certificates: Lead-Auditor in Food Safety Systems or Approved Sensory Expert
- Good communicator with good presentation & organizational skills.
- Proficient knowledge in advanced level of Microsoft Excel/ Microsoft PowerPoint, digital tools & reporting capacities.
- Ability to train others on QA topics and transfer knowledge within global communities
- Fluent English skills
