**The Team**:
This is an opportunity to join our amazing HR Systems and Operations team that sits within our wider People & Culture org. Working within a close knit team of 5, you will really drive our efforts across data compliance, data quality and master data policy. As data is used more and more to make well informed and business critical decisions, your role in ensuring that the data being used is fit for purpose will be invaluable to this multinational and well loved organization.

**The Role**:

- Defining and promoting master data policy and ensuring this is adhered to at all times
- Being vigilant with and ensuring organisational data compliance (GDPR) within P&C systems
- Enhancing and maintaining data quality and undertaking regular data cleansing activities
- Creating a secure process for joiners/ movers/ leavers

**Useful Experience**:

- Experience within a data governance/ compliance role, adhering to GDPR
- Confident in creating, defining and promoting master data policy
- Will have worked in a role where improving data quality was of great importance
