The Role
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Product & Design Team and help foster the growth of Spectrm.
You will be responsible for the way users interact with a Spectrm product and how satisfied they are with the experience they receive, together with our Product and Engineering teams.
You will be in charge of all product design aspects and work hand in hand with our Design Lead in managing the full product design lifecycle.
Your Profile
- You design products customers love
- You autonomously identify, design and deliver high performance, high quality, testable components and solutions, and can help us raising the bar of Spectrm’s design excellence
- You define and deliver well-scoped project milestones
- You can execute the product roadmap for complex, multi-phase projects
- You have problem-solver mindset
- You can help us migrate legacy design components to the new, state-of-the-art system, with focus on quality, performance and flexibility
- You proactively advocate for improvements to product quality, appearance, and usability
- You can help to define and improve our design standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale web environment.
Your Profile
- Extensive experience in the Product Design field
- A firm grasp of market trends and customer preferences
- Familiarity with agile processes
- Experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
