**Finance Controller (M/F/d)**:
**About us**:
MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is the European branch of Hyundai MOBIS, a worldwide leading supplier of genuine parts and accessories in the field of automotive. Together with Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors, Hyundai MOBIS is one of the biggest companies within the Hyundai group. In addition to research and development of high-tech products for passenger cars, MOBIS Parts Europe N.V. is responsible for the whole aftersales business of genuine parts and accessories for Hyundai Motors and Kia Motors in Europe.

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, controlling, finance or related field (3 to 5 years experience)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Fluent English mandatory and German preferably
- Strong in communication, both written and verbal, for interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to remain effective, even under pressure
- Resilient and data mind-set, willingness to improve finance processes, understanding its importance
- Team player by supporting colleagues and management as a business partner and value an international and multicultural environment
- High integrity and sound ethical judgment
- Excellent organization, interpersonal and time management skills

**Your tasks**:

- Plan /Initiate annual budget business planning and rolling forecasts for MQE based on current and next year controlling requirements in cooperation with team leads and expats
- Forecast budget spending on monthly basis (budget given vs. performance), after review, edit and adjust budget if neccesary. Preparation of financial reports and maintenance of financial databases and filing systems
- Manage and take care of data processing for incoming invoices, purchase orders, expense reports and related accounting documents to be issued in a timely manner. Provide data entry and accurately input financial transactions into accounting software.
- Control department´s credit card, all company vehicle & phone expenses related documentation, approvals, bookings. Also control finance tools (Hrworks, SAP, Xsuite) for invoice management
- Execute process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate with internal and external interfaces/partners and promote constructive and smooth cooperation & environment
- Initiate drafting of contracts with mobis european partners. Allocate cost reimbursements, as well as management of internal events in department
- Align department inventory and its registration of new investment/assets in AMOS system, organize asset count/scrapping and collect required information from members required by finance/MPE
- Allocate with information team reception process of claim parts in MQE. Solve all issues with DHL to guarantee part reception in conjunction with our customers and partners. Being first contact for DHL regarding financial issues
- Lead and close any kind of open issues with other finance and mobis departments, representing the Quality department and its interests. Be department's finance face
- Create, review and improve information and processes with their documenation required that facilitate and optimize all financial, asset management, calibration, and protocols steps to be followed by department members
