Tenthpin seeks a detail-oriented Finance Controller for our Corporate Services Team. This role involves interacting with accountants, ensuring accounting accuracy, and contributing to monthly P&L and global reporting quality. The role will evolve with our rapid growth.

Tenthpin is a global management consulting firm, founded in January 2017 and operating now in 8 countries (US, Switzerland, Germany, UK, Portugal, India, Poland and Japan) with currently +400 consultants and constantly growing. Our global consulting team provides a long-term expertise in the Life Sciences Industry and works globally with our clients. Our ambition is to become the leading business and technology consultancy that understands the unique challenges within the different industry segments in Life Sciences.

**The Opportunity**

In this role, you will consolidate and prepare global management reports, interact with country accountants to explain major variances, and manage the value flow to ensure accurate reporting. Additionally, you'll execute Transfer Pricing operations between Group affiliates, monitor and report on the global cash position and forecasts, and design and deploy new value flows and back-office processes.

You will also play a key role in assisting the CFO on critical accounting and reporting tasks, further consolidating, standardizing, and automating reporting processes, and supporting governance and compliance in global financial transactions. Ad-hoc support for internal management or projects is also part of the responsibilities.

**Your experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Finance Controlling in a multinational environment.
- Audit experience in a Big4 environment is a plus.
- Strong accounting skills in IFRS and local accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint & Word
- Experience with reporting tools like PowerBI
- German language skills a distinct advantge
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong interpersonal skills, structured work approach, and attention to detail
- High organizational skills and flexibility
- Strong ethical profile with the ability to work confidentially.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, experienced in working with remote teams.
