Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als Convention Specialist (m/w/d) in Arbeitnehmerüberlassung für 12 Monate Ihre Aufgaben -Eigenständige Organisation und Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen -Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und Veranstaltern -Betreuung der Events vor Ort -Teilnehmermanagement von der Einladung bis zur Nachbetreuung -Aktive Stütze der Geschäftsführung durch die Übernahme von allgemeinen Organisations
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben -Unterstützung beim Review von Materialien im Freigabeprozess Ihre Qualifikationen -Sehr gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse -Berufserfahrungen im Event-Management -Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten -Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität -Selbständigkeit und Engagement -Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes -Gute Englischkenntnisse Das wird Ihnen geboten -30 Tage Urlaub -Vermögenswirksame Leistungen -Überstundenregelung -Weihnachts

Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Organisation und Abwicklung von Veranstaltungen
- Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern und Veranstaltern
- Betreuung der Events vor Ort
- Teilnehmermanagement von der Einladung bis zur Nachbetreuung
- Aktive Stütze der Geschäftsführung durch die Übernahme von allgemeinen Organisations
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben
- Unterstützung beim Review von Materialien im Freigabeprozess

Ihre Qualifikationen
- Sehr gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
- Berufserfahrungen im Event-Management
- Sehr gute organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit sowie Flexibilität
- Selbständigkeit und Engagement
- Gute Kenntnisse des MS-Office-Paketes
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
