Our Information Management division, TecAlliance Data Factory, plays a crucial role by sourcing and standardizing automotive aftermarket data worldwide. We excel in harmonizing diverse standards from different countries' transport authorities and data providers, transforming raw data into a universally accessible 'gold standard.' This standardized data forms the cornerstone of our core business.

The Master Data Management team consists of 11 specialists encompassing Data Specialists, Specialists for Standardizations & Foreign Language Translation and Automotive Specialists and deals with the activities and challenges associated with master data.

**Job Definition**:
The role involves overseeing, leading, and strategizing technical aspects of Master Data Management. It requires a seasoned professional capable of managing and guiding a team while ensuring adherence to established standards and continuous improvement in data management practices.

These are your main responsibilites:

- **People Management**
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the team, ensure clarity in tasks and objectives and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
- Conduct annual and development reviews and take responsibility for the further development of your team and its members
- Provide necessary capacities for projects, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements
- **Process Management**
- Take responsibility for the global further development and optimization of processes and organizational structures within the Master Data Management (MDM)
- Foster collaboration with other departments, such as Production Planning and Control (PPC), and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technical management processes
- Alignment with IM Digitalization Services with regard to the modeling of the defined objects and attributes
- **Technical Management**
- Provide strategic direction and guidance in defining, naming, monitoring, and adapting objects and attributes based on established modeling conventions
- Ensure consideration of data types and value ranges to maintain and enhance accuracy and consistency within the master data environment
- Oversee the creation, monitoring, and adaptation of structure mappings between various data standards, ensuring conformity and alignment with the requirements

**Job Qualification**:

- 2-3 years proven experience in master data management, data modeling, and process optimization
- Leadership and interpersonal skills for effective team management
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of data standards, conventions and translation processes
- Product Owner Certification
- Experience and skills in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
- Willingness for occasional business trips
- Very good knowledge of English at C1 level

Full Remote: we work fully remote within Germany. You can work from anywhere; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany
