THE ROLE

As our Workplace Specialist, you will provide a smooth workplace experience for our 180+ people in the Berlin Zattoo office. Not only will you be an integral part of onboarding new employees but also be prominent in shaping employee engagement. You will report to our Team Lead Workplace and support in areas such as front office services, events and facilities management. With your knack of understanding the pulse of situations and getting things done, you are set to succeed in the role.

This position is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

THE PEOPLE OPERATIONS TEAM

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide superior 1st level support for any day-to-day onsite Workplace issues such
- Manage our Reception area, welcome guests, handle deliveries and mail
- Organise office and kitchen stock, inventory and supplies
- Maintain team spaces, conference rooms, front office, and kitchens
- Coordinate maintenance, improvement, and renovation works at the office, according

to the safety standards
- Handle smaller office repairs, improvements, and fixtures
- Support in company events/team events
- Support our internal contracts management

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Initial workplace/office management experience or background in Hospitality
- A proactive work ethic and the ability to perform multiple tasks without losing track of

your goals
- Hands-on mentality
- Well-organised, logical, detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience working in collaborative team

environments
- Proficiency in German and English
