Team Lead (f/m/x) Online Marketing

Norderstedt (near Hamburg)

**Your responsibilities**:

- Lead and inspire a team of online marketing specialists
- Develop a comprehensive online marketing strategy together with marketing communication stakeholders across the EMEA region
- Establish effective online marketing activities and monitor success with meaningful KPIs through the development of existing and new tools and channels
- Strengthen the successful and targeted cooperation with our web agency

**Your profile**:

- A minimum of 7 years’ experience in successful online marketing (website, social media, newsletters, customer portals, e-commerce, etc.)
- Experience with CMS Typo3 and general technical understanding of website backends and APIs
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing teams and leading projects
- A distinct result-oriented approach with the ability to plan, organize and prioritise multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written in English, enabling effective communication with cross-functional and international teams
