ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Associate Director, Global Customer Engagement will deliver new customer engagement programs with a particular focus on newly emerging experiences. This role will need to be an outstanding internal partner, working closely with colleagues across our Global Customer Engagement Team, within Product and Product Marketing, and with service partner teams, alike. This team will help us get to the right decisions through a data-driven approach and test-and-learn mentality.

This position is open through a 14-months contract.

As an Associate Director, Global Customer Engagement, you will...
- Partner closely with Product & Product Marketing teams and lead comprehensive customer engagement strategies for global product launches
- Optimize this for efficiency and leverage your deep understanding of the core Audible CX to drive these new experiences to market
- Create and oversee high-velocity testing frameworks that can be adopted across the business
- Lead projects and topics within the team, providing technical/operational guidance to other team members
- Drive strategic decisions through data analysis and customer behavior insights

Basic Qualifications
- Experience leading Customer Engagement Marketing with a focus on Inbound marketing
- Project management / programme management expertise
- Experience implementing a data-driven approach to decision making
- Experience understanding eCommerce, P13N and automation best practices to optimize
- Business fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Ambitious self-starter mentality and entrepreneurial spirit with a strong drive for excellence and delivery of results
