Project Director Consult

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Project Director who is interested in joining our growing international team and be part of an organisation that is looking to change the world

**The Role**

The Project Director reports to the Consult Director/Business Unit Head and collaborates to ensure:
The delivery of high-quality Consult Projects and outputs to our clients.
- Maintenance of the Consult portfolio and client base, and expansion of the client base (together with the Consult Director);
- Additionally, the Consult Project Director will be working closely with the other RCS Global departments and respective leads of operations, HR and finance.

**Some of your responsibilities will be**:
**Project Delivery**
- Day-to-day engagement with complex clients to understand their needs and clarify project requirements, inform about progress on delivery, and respond to queries
- Support Project Managers on their project delivery by advising and guiding as required
- Delegate project tasks, based on team members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
- Track, maintaining and improving internal tools as required
- Track project performance, including successful completion of short
- and long-term goals, while fully using RCS Global tools
- Monitor project budgets and propose adjustments to project scope and tasks based on financial analysis
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other team members

**Team Management**
- Engage in team management to ensure their alignment with the Business Unit Strategy
- Participate in the onboarding process of new team members, ensuring their engagement and continuous development
- Manage project staffing and identify and communicate staffing needs in a timely manner
- Provide continuous feedback to all team members

YOUR PROFILE
- Masters’ degree in Business, Law or a related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in consulting or a similar field;
- Knowledge of the responsible sourcing industry and ESG is a must
- We would like to see individuals who have great attention to detail, are independent and can take initiative, but are also a team player
