**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du leitest die Abteilung Delivery & Catering bei dean&david und baust Dir in diesem Zuge ein eigenes Team auf
- Du entwickelst den Bereich Delivery bei dean&david maßgeblich weiter, initiierst eine Strategie sowie entsprechende Maßnahmen dafür
- Du entwickelst für uns und unsere Partner:innen ein umfassendes Catering Konzept - dafür stellst Du unter anderem die Produkte und Menüs zusammen
- Du führst Marktanalysen im Bereich Delivery & Catering durch und optimierst unsere bestehenden Abläufe
- Du verantwortest diverse Onlineplattformen im Delivery-Bereich, analysierst daraus Kennzahlen & Reportings und verwaltest die Stamm
- sowie Vertragsdaten
- Du stellst die Weichen für einen reibungslosen Start auf neuen Lieferdienstplattformen
- Du pflegst den direkten Kontakt zu unseren Business PartnerInnen und bist für die Akquise neuer KundInnen zuständig
- Du pflegst, überprüfst und bearbeitest unser Online-Sortiment für Deutschland, Schweiz, Luxembourg und Österreich
- Du stellst sicher, dass unsere Services erstklassig und die Produkte von bester Qualität sind

**Dein Profil**:

- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der (System-) Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder ähnlichem Hintergrund
- Berufserfahrung in der Branche und fundierte Kenntnisse im Markt, insb. im Bereich Delivery & Catering
- Hands-on-Mentalität, Dienstleistungsgedanke und einen Blick für Details
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Flexibilität und selbstverantwortliches Handeln
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und Powerpoint
