**Product Owner (m/w/d) - DevSecOps-Plattform**:
**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die relevanten **Prozessaktivitäten im Rahmen der agilen Softwareentwicklung** und der Wartung von Applikationen, einschließlich des 3rd Level Supports.
- Sie setzen die **strategischen Vorgaben**, insbesondere in Bezug auf **CI/CD-Pipelines und der DevSecOps-Plattform** (Basistechnologie: Gitlab) um und entwickeln unsere Automatisierungsstrategie im Entwicklungsprozess (SDLC) kontinuierlich weiter, arbeiten dabei eng mit weiteren Prozess
- und Plattformteams zusammen.
- Ihre Aufgabe besteht darin, **IT-Services** für **Software
- bzw. Infrastrukturentwicklung und Automatisierung** zu **identifizieren** und **weiterzuentwickeln**, das Service-Portfolio zu optimieren und die Service-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung von Architektur
- und Sicherheitsvorgaben sowie Testanforderungen zu gestalten.
- Die **Auswahl geeigneter Automatisierungstools und -technologien**, die den Anforderungen der internen Kunden entsprechen, **sowie deren Implementierung** und Integration in bestehende Systeme gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Als **zentraler Ansprechpartner** für den Fachbereich IT (Enabler) informieren Sie regelmäßig über IT-Services, erfassen Kundenerwartungen, unterstützten Mitarbeitende bei der effizienten Umsetzung von Automatisierung und beraten zu aktuellen Technologietrends.
- Sie analysieren Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich IT, priorisieren diese und übernehmen die **Verantwortung** für sämtliche Aktivitäten im Softwareentwicklungsprozess (SDLC) im DevSecOps-Umfeld.

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Sie verfügen über einen **Studienabschluss**in den Fachrichtungen IT-/Telekommunikation, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Gebäudetechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation, ergänzt durch relevante Berufserfahrung.
- Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung **sowie der Automatisierung mittels Plattformen und CI/CD-Pipelines (Gitlab), idealerweise im regulierten Umfeld,** sowie in der **Integration von Plattformen** und Werkzeugen mit.
- Sie begeistern durch **ausgeprägte Hands-On-Mentalität**, praktische Erfahrung im genannten Umfeld von komplexen IT-Landschaften und strategische Weitsicht
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in **Scrum** und **Kanban**sowie in **Anwendungsdesign und -entwicklung** im agilen Kontext, ebenso wie Erfahrung im **Change
- und Releasemanagement.**:

- Sie haben Erfahrung in der **agilen** **Projektleitung und/oder als Product Owner**, im Umgang mit Priorisierungssituationen und in der Steuerung von externen Dienstleistern, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten **Kundenfokussierung**und **Teamfähigkeit**.
- Sie kommunizieren schriftlich und mündlich sicher in unserer **Geschäftssprache Deutsch**und verfügen über **gute Englischkenntnisse.
