**ABOUT THE TEAM**

As part of the Finance Team, you ensure that efficient and effective finance processes are implemented in the organization. The finance team is made up of the Controlling, Accounting and Financial Accounting departments.

**YOUR SKILLS**
- Bachelor's degrees in a financial study
- At least two years of professional experience in an international company with finance business processes
- Pro-active in identifying issues and driving solution
- Good communication skills to convey complex topics in an understandable manner
- User knowledge with an ERP system, preferably: SAP S/4HANA
- Fluency in written and spoken English & German

**YOUR TASKS**
- Implement efficient and effective finance business processes in the region
- Train users in accounting & reporting, as well as other departments
- Identify weaknesses and inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Resolve internal audit recommendations in a timely manner
- Share and implement best practices with Global Organization and other regions
- Work closely with other departments and functions do drive effective and efficient cross functional process
- Work closely with Process and Internal Control team at Global Financial Control
