You report directly to the Finance Director and this position work closely with the global accounting team. BENEFITS

YOUR SKILLS
Bachelor's degrees in a financial study or equal accounting education (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter)
At least five years of professional experience in an international company within Accounting, expert in the German accounting principles (Abschluss nach HGB)
Experience as a leader with good communications skills
Experience in consolidation and group reporting
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment and quickly be able to identify accounting problems and propose solutions
Advanced knowledge in company taxes
Fluency in written and spoken English & German
YOUR TASKS
You are responsible for the whole Accounting in the Central Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, and Belgium)
Leading and developing your team
You are significantly involved in the monthly and annual financial closing and reporting
You have the overview of all business processes in the books of the Central Region and implement new processes from global
Together with the team you ensure the internal Control and the Compliance standards for the company
