**Strategic Assistant (f/m/d) to Group CCO**: **Your benefits**: - ** Individual growth** Sharpen your skills and advance your expertise with our professional development programs. - ** Continuous training** We offer flexible schedules to suit your lifestyle and personal commitments. - ** Great team** It’s truly the people that make the difference — and with us you’ll join the best team around. - ** Modern equipment** Work with cutting-edge tools and technology designed for peak performance. - ** Individual growth** Accelerate your career with development opportunities, tailored to your talents and interests. - ** Continuous training** Develop your skills and expand your expertise with our professional training programs. **What you can expect from us**: - Lead and coordinate strategic projects across Sales, Marketing and PR, including scheduling, the creation of status reports and outcome tracking. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Keep track of the CCO's meeting schedule while supporting with proactive preparation and communication with all needed stakeholders. - Prepare and organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and business trips, including agenda creation and minute-taking. - Follow up on action items resulting from meetings and ensure timely execution. - Develop presentations, briefing documents, and strategic communication materials, including speeches. - Prepare reports and presentations for the Executive Board. **What you bring with you**: - A degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. - Initial professional experience (>3 years) in a strategic or consulting role and/or sales (e.g., management consulting, business development), ideally in the logistics sector. - Solid knowledge and experience in project management. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particulary Excel and PowerPoint. - Strong understanding of business processes, especially in sales and marketing. - Fluent in both German and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Exceptional organizational and analytical skills as well as a structured and independent approach to work. - Strong communications skills, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative. **Business field**: **Assets & Services**: As a central unit, Rhenus Assets & Services serves the decentralized business fields with various service centers as an internal service provider for all commercial matters.
