The Data Analytics team brings together the theory and practice to identify and communicate data-driven insights that allow stakeholders and other executives at Raisin to make more informed decisions. Team’s responsibilities include reporting (define and set-up consistent business KPIs), deep-dive analysis and predictive analytics amongst many. In summary, team is responsible for:
1\. Providing and maintaining Looker as a platform
2\. Providing analytics as a service
We are seeking a highly motivated working student to join our data analytics team. This individual will have the opportunity to work with a team of experienced data analysts on a variety of projects, using cutting-edge technologies and techniques to uncover insights and trends in complex data sets.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist with data collection, cleaning, and preparation for analysis.
- Conduct basic data analysis and visualization to support project objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and help implement solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Supporting business stakeholders with ad-hoc questions on internal performance, external partner/business development efforts.
- Build automated dashboards and reports to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics customer’s experience - key for teams to make informed quantitative decisions.
- Looker specific: Maintaining quality of code in LookML by performing regular clean-ups of unused views and explores.

Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant field (e.g. data science, computer science, statistics, Math, Physics, etc.).
- Demonstrated interest in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Basic knowledge of programming and/or statistical software (e.g. R, Python, SAS, etc.).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience with data analysis, data visualization, and/or machine learning.
- Knowledge of SQL and/or database concepts.
