- People Analytics Working Student

**Aufgabenbeschreibung**:

- Sie haben eine Leidenschaft für Data und Analytics und möchten praktische Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich sammeln? Dann verstärken Sie unser Team als Werkstudent - People Analytics Assistant in Berlin. In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Mitglieder des People Teams bei der Pflege unseres JIRA Helpdesks sowie bei der Erstellung von Berichten und der Analyse von Daten aus Workday, unserem HR-System.
Daher suchen wir Bewerber mit soliden Excel-/Google-Sheets-Kenntnissen, die gerne mit großen Datensätzen arbeiten. Sie müssen außerdem sehr detailorientiert sein, da ein Großteil der Arbeit in der Bereinigung von Daten und der Erstellung von Berichten besteht. Wir brauchen also jemanden mit viel Liebe zum Detail, der große Datenmengen problemlos auf Unstimmigkeiten überprüfen kann.
Was können Sie erwarten?
Mithilfe beim Entwurf, der Entwicklung und dem Testen von kundenfreundlichen Berichten, die unseren Führungskräften das Verständnis und die Visualisierung von Daten in unserem neu eingeführten HRIS Workday erleichtern
Verwaltung unseres JIRA-Helpdesks für das People Team, Weiterleitung von Tickets an die richtigen Kollegen und Überwachung unserer SLAs mithilfe von JIRA-Berichten und -Dashboards
Erstellung und Pflege von Schulungsmaterial, damit unsere Kollegen wissen, wie sie die von uns entwickelten Ressourcen am besten nutzen können
Erstellung automatisierter Lösungen, die unsere Aufgaben beschleunigen und Fehler minimieren
Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Aufrechterhaltung der Datenqualität durch Audits und Datenbereinigung
Unterstützung des People Analysten bei der Verwaltung von Personaldaten und Berichten

**Erwartete Qualifikationen**:

- Sie sind derzeit an einer deutschen Hochschule eingeschrieben
Sie haben bereits Erfahrung im Bereich HR
Sie kommunizieren fließend in Englisch (etwas Deutsch ist ein Plus)
Sie haben Erfahrung mit Excel und / oder Google Sheets
Erfahrung mit JIRA, Workday und Workday Reporting sind ein Plus
