**Aufgaben**:

- Erfolgreiches Studium (Uni/FH/BA) Wirtschaftspsychologie, Sozialwissenschaft, Psychologie etc. und idealerweise praktische Erfahrungen in der Personalentwicklung
- Bereitschaft verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben zu übernehmen sowie hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative
- sehr gute analytische, strategische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten in Verbindung mit praktischer Umsetzungsstärke und hohem Qualitätsanspruch
- ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie souveränes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit den MS Office Produkten, insb. PowerPoint und Excel
- hohe Sozialkompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

**Profil**:

- Konzeption, Planung und Durchführung von Personalentwicklungs
- und Potenzialprogrammen sowie themen-bzw. anlassbezogenen Veranstaltungen
- Konzeption verschiedener Personalentwicklungsinstrumente und Tools wie z.B. eignungsdiagnostische Verfahren, Peer Coaching etc.
- Selbständige und systematische Aufbereitung zukunftsrelevanter, aus der Unternehmensstrategie abgeleiteter Themen und Handlungsfelder
- Kontinuierliches Weiterentwickeln der Prozessabläufe
- Weiterentwicklung von verschiedenen Kommunikationstools und -strategien für verschiedenste Zielgruppen
- Professionelles Erstellen von Berichten, Präsentationen und Auswertungen für verschiedene Stakeholder wie Vorstände, Führungskräfte, HR Business Partner etc.
