Wir suchen für den Bereich Teleskopgurtförderer am Standort in Flörsheim einen Technical Support Coordinator (m/w/d).

**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Ansprechpartner für technische Problemstellungen sowohl intern als auch extern
- Ausarbeitung und Organisation von technischen Umbaumaßnahmen an bestehenden Anlagen
- Proaktive Vermarktung unserer gesamten Palette von After Sales Produkten
- Erkennen und Ergreifen von notwendigen Maßnahmen, um die Kundenstruktur zu erweitern
- Unterstützung und Vertretung des Technical Support Managers bei Urlaub und Krankheit
- Mitwirkung bei internen Trainings und Schulungsmaßnahmen der Servicetechniker
- Unterstützung aller Bereiche, um die geforderten H&S Maßnahmen umzusetzen und deren Einhaltung zu kontrollieren

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektronik, Mechanik, bzw. Mechatronik und ggf. Abschluss zum Ingenieur (FH) oder Techniker
- Erfahrungen in der Abwicklung von Serviceeinsätzen und Kenntnisse der Anforderungen im Service
- Erste Erfahrungen im kaufm. Bereich, idealerweise mit einer entsprechende Weiterbildung
- Ihre Kunden schätzen Ihre lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Ihr selbstständiges Handeln
- Der Umgang mit der gängigen MS - Office Software ist für sie selbstverständlich
- Gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
