For our office, in Darmstadt Germany, we are seeking for a BidCoordinator to support our Sales endeavors across the Business Unit.

**Tasks**:

- Serves as a central point of contact on assigned proposals and leads a multi-discipline or cross-functional team
- Manages involvement of dedicated specialists for technical writing assignments, ensuring that submissions are accurate, aligned with the outline and RFP/ITT instructions, and address win themes and strategies
- Ensures compliance with Terma bidding processes;
- Coordinates documentation of the Bids:

- Technical Proposal
- Financial proposal
- Management Proposal
- Any additional documentation that needs to be gathered
- Coordinates kick-offs, approval and legal checks
- Responsible to comply to internal bid processes
- Initial quality check on documentation
- Compiles Business Case based on estimations
- Helps to maintain proposal processes, templates, standards, and best practices within the Proposal Knowledge Center, providing suggestions and improvements as needed
- Keeps management informed of progress and/or issues and provides inputs for monthly and quarterly reporting
- Writes content for cover letters, executive summaries, and other materials to customize for the customer
- Develops and maintains proposal content library

This is a full-time & hybrid position to be located at our Terma Office in Darmstadt **planned start date as soon as possible**.
- The variety of the tasks and the scope of the systems to be supported require a high degree of autonomy and good analytical skills together with the ability to effectively cooperate within an international team._

What you bring to the table:
**Mandatory**
- Written and verbal fluency in English with proven track record to work to a high standard;
- 3+ years of proposal experience in technology sales BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience

**Preferred**
- 5+ years of proposal experience within Space Industry
- Ideally other languages such as German and French/Italian at a fluent level
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent writing, grammar, and spelling abilities; technical writing skills preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Skilled in engaging with senior technical staff and upper-level management to obtain necessary information
- Self-starter, multitasker, team player, works well under pressure, and follows through on tasks
- Skilled in handling multiple deadlines simultaneously and working independently
- Good attention to detail
