We are now looking for a Regional Learning Design Specialist to join our team and take our Learning & Performance development to the next level

As Regional Learning Design Specialist, you

ensure relevant upskilling and reskilling opportunities and learning content through designing learning content based on pedagogical expertise and the collaboration with SMEs, business partners and stakeholders
drive a portfolio of innovative and business relevant learning design projects and evaluate the results of their implementation
ensure the learning framework based on knowledge and data which supports the learning experience as part of the Learning & Performance Development strategy
coach and develop trainers, business partners and stakeholders to design an effective learning experience within the organisation
ensure the implementation of new and enhancement of existing digital products for the Learning & Performance Development CoE by supporting a seamless, transparent and efficient implementation process in strong collaboration with People Relations CoE

Besides your great personality, we are looking for someone that has:
influencing skills to challenge stakeholders to think differently
relevant work in the field of product management or learning pedagogy
ability to engage with stakeholders and SMEs
expertise in the psychology of learning and a high degree of curiosity and interest in acquiring continuous knowledge
ability to create measurable solutions designed around the end user
high understanding of labour law relevant to the sales market
ability to communicate fluently in English
