**We are seeking for**:
As part of the Digital Learning team, we are looking for a Learning/Instructional Designer (gn.) to oversee all aspects of the design, development, and management of digital learning experiences and projects.
Your responsibilities will focus on working closely with faculty and course authors to ensure that course content and assessments enhance learning and support student success. The role does involve some technical support work, but this is not its main focus.
Your knowledge in education and your tech skills are what we are looking for develop and produce e-learning, training, and instructional videos. You don't need us to tell you what Meyers Principals, Addie, Bloom, Constructive Alignment, UX or agile working are. You are naturally curious about new learning trends and e-learning technology, are a hands-on type with a good feel for working in an international educational institution and of course, you're a team player with strong communication skills and a good sense of humour.

**Entry date**: flexible I **Working hours**: part-time (20h / week) I **Contract duration**: limited (2 years) I **Work location**: Hamburg HafenCity and remote.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Development of target group-specific concepts, scripts and storyboards for digital learning content and their implementation in an online, offline or hybrid setting
- Evaluation and continuous improvement of learning content and learning design
- Support with programme development
- Management of internal and external e-learning projects
- Didactic, methodological advice and technical Support

**Your qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a media didactics, education, communications, IT, or related field, etc.
- A good command of German and English is essential.
- Knowledge of didactic and learning design concepts and their effective use
- Practical experience with e-learning authoring tools, Adobe CC, Office 365 and VLE / LMS (e.g. Moodle)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in an agile manner and to adjust priorities quickly and according to needs
- Work experience in educational institutions can be an advantage
