Team Lead Master Data Management

For **KWS Berlin GmbH,** we are looking for you as **Team Lead Master Data Management (M/F/d**)- In this exciting role, you will not only lead a dedicated team but also actively shape efficient processes and structures that will have a lasting impact on our success in operational procurement services. You will work closely with the Head of the Global Transaction Center and continuously set new standards through your initiatives. Additionally, you will maintain close contact with internal stakeholders to incorporate valuable feedback into ongoing improvements.- The scope of master data management department includes all KWS business units, affiliates und subsidiaries worldwide.- This is a fixed-term position due to maternity leave and to be filled in full-time.- The place of work is Berlin.**Your Tasks**:

- Inspiring, leading and guiding employees of the Master Data Management team
- Estabishing the efficient organizational structures and empower all employees in the team to continuously improve service delivery
- Supporting in creating a trustful and collaborative environment
- Engaging in and supporting cross-functional collaboration and efficient information flow between all relevant stakeholders
- Driving standardization and harmonization in managing Master Data while keeping quality and customer satisfaction high
- Enabling performance-driven management methodology and people development

**Your Profile**:
- Preferably an academic degree in business administration or a comparable course of study
- Holistic understanding of master data management strategies and operations and its impact on other functions
- Professional experience in a Shared Services Center environment
- Very good user knowledge of relevant IT systems - e.g. SAP; ideally Glasswing (MS Office and others)
- Ability to drive, lead and sustainably implement change and continuous improvement
- Proven experience in managing employees (leadership skills)
- Very good project management skills
- Ability to work in a team, negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Excellent communication skills with different target groups
- Trained in conflict management - actively addressing conflicts and areas for improvement - paired with problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills and a comprehension of the big picture
