**KWS Berlin GmbH** is looking for a **Working Student - Focus: Master Data Management (M/F/d) with 20 hours/week for 12 months** for our Shared Service Center in **Berlin**. In this role, you will support the Master Data Management team in maintaining master data in various areas of the business (materials / vendors / customers) while adhering to standards and governance to ensure data is compliant with defined information, policies, and quality requirements as defined by the data owner. **Your Tasks**: - Create and maintain standard operating procedures and training documentation and perform end-user training, - Complete tasks in work queue as assigned according to agreed SLA, - Initiate and carry out regular data cleansing activities to ensure high level data quality, compliance and consistency of master data, - Identify, report and resolve data quality issues through root cause analysis, - Support and implement data management methodologies that support KWS business initiatives, - Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives, - Support in ad-hoc request from the team related to master data. **Your Knowledge, Skills & Experience**: - Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain or any other related field, - Understanding impact of master data management - first experience is a plus, - Strong interest in Data Management - Proficiency in MS Office products, including advance use of MS Excel.
