Marketing Operations Specialist

For our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated individual to take ownership over our marketing tech stack and support our growth on the European market. You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and work in close collaboration with other teams (Product, Sales, etc.)
- Build and maintain marketing automation integrations between our internal tools (CMS, CRM etc.) and assist in the integration of additional platforms into our marketing automation system.
- Proactively research and implement the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards to our marketing automation processes.
- Plan and perform A/B tests to enhance conversion rates, campaign ROI, and sales growth.
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, segmentation, and data cleansing.
- Using data analysis tools to identify user preferences and create reports that can be used to improve the business operations over time.
- A good understanding of inbound marketing and product-led growth principles.
- Proven experience managing marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, ideally for a B2B SaaS product.
- Fluent English speaker - a good command of French or German is considered a plus.
- 3+ years of experience working with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo or similar.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual with good project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights for the rest of the marketing team.
- Critical thinker with great attention to detail.
- Experience working in the HR tech space is considered a big plus.
