**Marketing Operations Specialist** **Salary**: £35-40,000 **Location**: Munich - possible hybrid work **Job type**: Full time **Hours**: Mon - Fri (no weekend) We lead the world in intelligent energy technology. As a Marketing Operations Associate, you are responsible for the implementation, analysis, reporting, and optimization of a variety of marketing initiatives in the German market in order to accomplish the established goals. To be successful in this position, you will collaborate closely with the relevant marketing managers. To become a full-fledged dialogue partner, you must gain important insights about the market and consumers - distributors, installers, and end users (homeowners and business owners) - and use these insights to suggest strategies to increase market share. You work in Munich and report to the Senior Marketing Manager for Germany. **Tasks and responsibilities** - Assistance with event management, including exhibitions, one-day events (seminars), and in-house (Road)shows. - Support for regional social media efforts, including tracking trends, monitoring and evaluating outcomes, reporting, content planning and placement, etc. Creating, optimising, and making available content such as newsletters, case studies, essays, testimonials, etc. - Together with our TM (Technical Marketing) group, promote the learning experience of our consumers. - Managing the supply chain for marketing collateral, primarily printed materials and promotional items. - Assistance in advertising and media planning and - Ensuring that your region, including partner channel marketing communications, adheres to brand and corporate criteria - Being a brand ambassador for us and making a positive impression in all interactions with customers - Order marketing products (equipment) for events or client showrooms. - Purchase administration and billing administration - Examining English-German translations **Requirements**: - Languages: fluent German and English - Education: Master's degree in economics/humanistic studies - Marketing experience: Mid-level, minimum 3 years in marketing, including event management, preferable in both B2B & B2C environment - A "can do" attitude - The capacity to multitask, remain composed under stress, and uphold intergroup collaboration - Possessing excellent writing and verbal communication skills - Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills - Easily forges connections with both co-workers and clients **Key words**: Marketing - Technology - Solar - Renewables - Germany - Hybrid - Event - IT - social media **Salary**: 35,000.00€ - 40,000.00€ per year Ability to commute/relocate: - 81829 München: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in 81829 München
