Lead your business development team and collaborate with our local teams to successfully grow our business We are looking for a new team member to dive right into our business and take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. We are setting up new processes from scratch to create our own supply chain to transform used cars for the end customer and deliver them directly to their doorstep. Be part of this used-car-market revolution from day 1 and help us to shape the landscape of the used-car-market in Europe, working closely together with David, our Director Production Europe.
**Your new role**
- Support us in building the business development team for product and take responsibility for the team’s growth and success
- Help define products in our inhouse production app that improve and integrate our workflows into the AUTO1 process landscape
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to define product requirements and prepare production specifications
- Collaborate with our local teams in each market to streamline product rollouts and collect business requirements
- Measure KPIs linked to our products to understand the success of implementation
- Do market analysis on 3rd party software, onboard partners and integrate their solutions
**Your skills**
- A relevant degree and several years of professional experience combined with relevant management experience
- Professional experience in a startup or a dynamic, fast-growing company paired with experience in the areas of product management, product rollout, business and process development
- Confident in handling numbers, a process-oriented way of working combined with very good communication and analytical skills
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making power, assertiveness, and flexibility
- Experience in business process modeling and fluency in English
