Lead your business development team and collaborate with our local teams to successfully grow our business We are looking for a new team member to dive right into our business and take part in building up the venture throughout several countries in Europe. We are setting up new processes from scratch to create our own supply chain to transform used cars for the end customer and deliver them directly to their doorstep. Be part of this used-car-market revolution from day 1 and help us to shape the landscape of the used-car-market in Europe, working closely together with David, our Director Production Europe.
**Your new role**
- Help us build a truly international team located both HQ in Berlin and throughout our Autohero markets and be responsible for its success
- Monitor each market’s performance for the qualitative and quantitative targets and take corrective actions if necessary
- Manage process rollouts, gather and share best practices to optimize the processes
- Be responsible for quality assurance by defining and enforcing standards
- Set up a point of contact for all our external business partners and production processes throughout Europe
- Close exchange and close cooperation with all relevant departments in order to advance the further development of Authero
**Your skills**
- A relevant degree and several years of professional experience combined with relevant leadership experience
- Professional experience in a startup or a dynamic, fast-growing company paired with experience in the areas of operations, production, logistics or supply chain
- Confident in handling numbers, an analytical and process-oriented way of working combined with very good communication and project management skills
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking, decision-making power, assertiveness and flexibility
- Fluent in English
