**You will be taking care of**:

- End-to-end recruiting of Working Student and Intern roles for different teams - you are the first point of contact and the person who makes the offer
- Finding new ways to engage and attract top talents for Bettermile

**You check these boxes**:

- You are a great communicator, a people-oriented and fun person to work with :)
- You are a reliable team member
- You work in a well-structured independent way with attention to detail
- Curiosity and interest in technical topics
- You’re fluent in English, both spoken and written at the C1 level, and German at least the B2 level

**It is awesome if you also have**:

- previous experience in the recruitment of office employees
- experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- ability to speak in other languages of the EU
